About Us

Broadfield Care Services is a family run business that was established in early 2001 with the one goal, to provide high quality personal care and domestic services for elderly and disabled people within the Hyndburn, Rossendale and Blackburn areas.

It began as a business ran from home, operating with a small team and servicing just a handful of clients within a close community.  Since these early days Broadfield Care has been casually expanding and now operates with a team of over 40 highly trained carers, dedicated to offering a professional service, where the client is treated with the utmost respect maintaining sensitivity to his/her individual needs and abilities striving to promote the client's independance and personal dignity.

Broadfield Care has their own team of qualified staff which provide all new recruits with full in-house training to the required NVQ 2 and 3 standards.  This ensures they have been personally trained to the highest degree in order to guarantee our staff continue offering the best quality of service to our clients.

With many years of experience Broadfield Care are constantly looking for new ways to improve and expand our services and will strive to maintain our existing high standards for the years to come.
